PMS and PMDD are complex disorders affecting millions of women every month. Research indicates that up to 80% of women of reproductive age experience some combination of the 150 symptoms of PMS and PMDD documented by The PMS Project.

Investigative Study Examining the Relationship Between PMS and Calcium

New York City area women age 18-45 who suffer from severe PMS are invited to contact the Clinical Coordinator, Samantha Oren, at 212-523-7701 or 212-523-8354 to participate in this study. The PMS Study Group

An important aspect of learning to control PMS and PMDD involves learning how to balance not only your hormones, but your physical and emotional well-being. We should all learn to care for our mind, body and spirit. This controlled study is conducted in conjunction with The PMS Project and is open to a small group of women who have completed and returned the full-length version of The PMS Questionnaire. This is your chance to stand up, be counted, improve your physical and emotional health and participate in an important research project.

The PMS Study Group segment of this research is now in the data compilation stage. The publication series Transition... the passage into wellness teaches women how to defeat PMS and PMDD with this proven program. Please stand up, be heard, voice your experience with PMS by  participating in a series of online questionnaires which appear on the Understanding PMS website. The current questionnaire is the original PMS Diagnostic Test developed through scientific research conducted by The PMS Project . Through precise evaluation by the author, these questions can determine the degree of PMS or the presence of PMDD. The author personally devoted countless hours analysing thousands of questionnaires and providing personalized feedback and recommendations to every woman who completed the test. This free service remains unprecedented. It is a true testament to the dedication and importance the author places on helping women world-wide learn how to defeat PMS and  PMDD and regain their health and well-being. The culmination of this groundbreaking research will be her forthcoming book, Conquer PMS And Get On With Your Life . Look for it in bookstores world-wide 2016.
